    Description
    As a Marketing Specialist with, you will have a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and advancement. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist with managing lead-generating campaigns (SEO, Facebook, PPC, Display, Thumbtack, etc.)

    Create social media content to grow follower base and track performance monthly

    Manage our review generation platform and keep team members up to date

    Respond to reviews through and monitor listing traffic

    Create monthly internal newsletter

    Create graphics using Canva for internal use

    Conduct market research as needed

    Respond to website chats and Facebook messages in a timely manner

    Plan team member appreciation and volunteer events

    Review lead quality

    Assist with management and promotion of charity

    Experience using HubSpot, Canva, SEMRush, Google Ads, Google Analytics, PowerBI and Wordpress
    Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or a similar discipline

    Competency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

    Minimum of 2 years of work experience required
