    As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

    Play a crucial role in promoting our commercial real estate services through various channels.


    Collaborate with our teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at attracting tenants, property owners, market exposure, thus increasing our market share.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our commercial real estate services and brokerage services through consistent brand standards.

    Analyze marketing metrics and performance data to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance marketing strategies and tactics.

    Conduct competitive analyses to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.

    Manage online presence and digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including websites, social media, and email newsletters.

    Collaborate with internal teams and external relationships such as advertising agencies to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.


    Create compelling marketing templates including brochures, presentations, signage, and digital content to effectively showcase properties and highlight key selling points.

    Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to build relationships and promote brand awareness.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

    Ability to work in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other applications within the Adobe Suite.

    Proven experience and willing to submit a marketing portfolio, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.

    Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

    Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

    Excellent project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

    Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    Physical Requirements:
    Ability to walk and navigate through commercial properties, including standing for extended periods.
    Capable of lifting and carrying promotional materials, signage, and displays during trade show/event setup.
    Willingness to travel to various locations, including commercial properties and trade show venues/company-sponsored events.
    Ability to adapt to unexpected physical demands or changes in the schedule during property tours or trade shows. It's essential for candidates to disclose any physical limitations that may impact their ability to meet these requirements. The physical aspects of the role are integral to successfully promoting our commercial real estate and investment projects.
