    Gradient Works is looking for a

    Marketing Specialist

    to support the execution of our GTM efforts.

    The ideal candidate is excited to join an early-stage startup, and is an enthusiastic marketer who's ready to try new things and learn a lot in the process.

    than your specific experience or existing skills. This role will be a great opportunity to learn and grow, so it's perfect for an early career marketer.
    What will you do?

    Create compelling content, including case studies, blog posts and digital assets using Canva
    Curate and publish content on LinkedIn
    Assist with our community marketing strategy and continuously find new and innovative ways to engage our audiences
    Contribute to our event participation by assisting in event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all event elements align with our overall marketing strategy
    Assist in creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns
    Develop and revise marketing collateral
    Build and collaborate on landing page implementation
    Collaborate on company-level messaging and positioning
    Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance
    Work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as product, sales and customer success
    Who are you?

    1-2 years SaaS marketing experience
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    Experience with marketing tech.

    We use HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, LinkedIn, but it's okay if you don't have specific experience with those, as long as you're comfortable learning new tools.

    Willingness to experiment and learn
    Bonus if you have previous experience in sales

    Gradient Works is a venture-backed startup based in Austin, TX. Our customers are B2B sales and revops teams. Our team is remote, so you can be based anywhere in the US. But bonus points if you're in Austin where many of our GTM team members are located.
