    to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will plan, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The

    will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital channels.


    ROLE:


    Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing.

    Working with marketing team to develop social media marketing campaigns

    Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts

    Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities

    Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

    Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and website content.

    Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

    Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.

    Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.

    Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

    Optimizes stories to boost engagement metrics like clicks, shares, traffic, view, etc.

    Content management and scheduling

    Website management and updates.
    3+ years of professional content management experience, including social media, email marketing and website.

    Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends and new developments.

    Fluency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

    Strong time management skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

    Excellent written communication skills

    Experience with email production, distribution and database management using MailChimp or similar email marketing solutions.

    Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office.

    Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

    Knowledge and interest in performance automotive is preferred

    College education preferred but not required
