    Description
    We are looking for a Sales Development Representative and managing the marketing-to-sales pipeline. Effective utilization of Salesforce and supporting technologies are required.
    Prospecting using Outreach, Demand Base, and G2.
    Contact and lead research using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    Management of sales data, documents, and correspondence in Salesforce.
    Develop and manage activities to ensure the sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads & prospects.

    Work together with Sales VPs to identify new opportunities and work with marketing to further develop and nurture those opportunities.

    Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration processes.
    Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    Tenacity and the ability to overcome objections related to sales.
    Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
    Highly proficient computer skills including email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    Knowledge:
    B2B technology or SaaS experience preferred.

    Critical Thinking Skills- The successful candidate will have the ability to gather prospect purchasing intent, qualification, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and inform the Sales VPs.

    Behavioral Skills- The successful candidate will be self-directed, work well alone or in a team structure, highly results oriented, and willing to learn and expand his/her technical knowledge base through formal education, professional training, and self-study.

    B2B Sales experience at any level.
    Proven track record of using Account-based Marketing (ABM) to inform outreach efforts.
    Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment.
