Appointment Setter at Pure Home of North Florida


Pure Home of North Florida is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter.

This position is Full-Time and offers WFH flexibility.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospects to schedule appointments
  • Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels
  • Update and maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments
  • Closely collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer any inquiries about our services

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
