Description

This is light phones, more of greeting clients as they enter the showroom, and getting them to the correct sales area or persona.

Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm and one Saturday a month 10 am to 3 pm.

Receptionist for Showroom, scheduling showroom appointments, greet the client and qualify them and setting them up with the correct sales person.

Have some compassion for home owners where their project may not going well.

Salesforce software-can be trained

Must have outlook, excel

Responsibilities:

In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management.

Answer and transfer incoming calls pleasantly and professionally

Greet visitors

Alert associates when they have a visitor

Accept incoming deliveries

Assist in answering customer questions

Assure appropriate coverage of phones when away from desk

Data entry

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but a high school degree combined with previous administrative experience 1-2 years will be considered.

(Retail, customer facing, fast paced 1-2 years)

Customer service skills

Ability to handle difficult customers

Phone skills

Ability to handle multi-line phone system

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Minimum clerical skills (basic typing and computer skills)

Ability to interact with management
