    What Will You Be Doing?

    The Senior Lease Management Analyst will support Frontiers use and lease agreement negotiating strategy through application of financial forecasting and financial model development/enhancement to improve profitability. This role is also required to model financial impacts of space and airport rate changes so that Frontier can make sound operational and business decisions to minimize cost associated with real estate leases.

    Essential Function

  • Prepare budget and forecast projections of airport rates and charges in Excel
  • Develop proforma financial models and analyses on impacts of space opportunities, airport rate changes, and airport capital improvement plans
  • Assist Airport Planning Regional Managers in review of airport signatory and non-signatory leases/contracts to identify potential areas of lease improvements during negotiation periods
  • Design new and more effective forecasts and budgets; determine where cost cuts can be made
  • Ensure that the departments financial activity is in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Review airline lease and use agreements with airport and non-airport counter parties
  • Approve invoices and administer other day-to-day tasks, as needed
  • Develop improved procedures for more efficient department operations
  • Conduct new station cost analysis as needed

  • Assist with special projects as assigned

    Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Business-related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field required
  • Experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, budgeting and forecasting required
  • Prior airline and/or corporate real estate experience preferred

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to travel on company-supported initiatives
  • Strong ability to manage multiple competing priorities, projects and deadlines
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills evidenced by the ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and representatives of other airlines and airport management
