    Description

    KEW Realty's Marketing Coordinator

    This position would report to the leasing department leadership, company ownership and work closely with property management. Such person would oversee all marketing, branding, and design efforts for the entire portfolio of coworking, office, retail, and industrial commercial real estate, and Kew's various non-profits in the Denver Metro area. Ideally, this individual possesses a strong background in commercial real estate, graphic design, and marketing.

    Skills

    High Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, Google SEO, and familiarity with email marketing software such as MailChimp, Catalyst, and others. Previous experience with updating listings on commercial real estate websites like Loopnet/Costar, Crexi, Office Space, Craigslist, etc.

    Education and Qualifications

    Undergraduate degree in graphic design, real estate, or marketing preferred. This candidate should have at least two years of marketing, branding, and graphic design experience in a commercial real estate setting. Commercial leasing and/or coworking experience is a significant plus. This candidate should possess superior organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.

    Duties

    · Assist Leasing Manager & Leasing Dept to facilitate real estate transactions, including email and phone communication and on-site touring.

    · Regularly correspond with the brokerage community, potential tenants, and existing tenants.

    · Manage and grow broker and prospective tenant contact databases utilizing latest CRM softwares.

    · Research and produce reports on comps, demographics, potential tenants, and properties.

    · Develop annual marketing budget.

    · Design, arrange, and maintain building and suite signage.

    · Design and update brochures, space plans, and tenant finish & presentation boards.

    · Develop and deploy leasing incentives for tenants and brokers.

    · Manage Online Inventories (CoStar, LoopNet, Craigslist, etc.).

    · Design, regularly update, and renew company websites.

    · Manage and enhance Search Engine Optimization.

    · Regularly produce blogs and new web content.

    · Manage and update company social media outlets; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

    · Design and maintain online and print advertisements.

    · Maintain, Enhance, and Promote Corporate Brands and Brand Guidelines. Ensure uniform brand identity across all departments, platforms, and mediums.

    · Research, plan, and attend company-sponsored events.

    · Research, attend, and coordinate attendance for leasing staff to industry events and meetings.

    · Manage trade association memberships: NAIOP, BOMA, DMCAR, ICSC, DDP, etc.

    · Draft press releases.
