As an adept Certified Residential Appraiser, I have a well-rounded skill set in property valuation and honed talents in performing market trend studies.  In addition to being valuation professional I have strong knowledge of Denver and surrounding residential housing market area.  Further, I have provided training for new and learning appraisers, performed office management duties and procured various new clients and these roles have strengthened my capabilities in time-management and communication.
