Belle Creek Charter School is a Core Knowledge school, nestled in the charming community of Belle Creek in Henderson, Colorado. Belle Creek provides its students with a rich and immersive learning experience in grades Kindergarten - Eighth grade. K-3 students are taught using the Orton-Gillingham approach, which is a direct, explicit, systematic, and sequential instruction, incorporating multi-sensory learning. This instruction aligns with the Science of Reading.
What support does BCCS offer staff and students?
We provide several levels of support for students and staff by having instructional paraprofessionals and in-house Special Education, Gifted and Talented, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education coordinators. Additionally, we have special service providers for Speech and Language, Occupational and Physical Therapy, and a comprehensive mental health team.
What's Happening at BCCS?
Our building is undergoing an expansion that will add a state-of-the-art performance stage, art room, and science lab. We will also be adding an inviting staff lounge with a patio for our staff to enjoy.

Salary Range:
$17.00/hr (entry level - no experience) to $22.15/hr (11 years of experience).
Nature of Work:
This position will provide support to the classroom teachers to ensure a positive, productive work and classroom environment. Essential functions of this position include providing instructional, resource, behavior management, and clerical support. The position is full-time and will work Monday through Friday for 8 hours a day or 40 hours per week.
