    We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for a busy Real Estate Title Company to support their year-end volume.

    Your specific duties will include:
    • Answering phones and Greeting customers.
    • Getting IDs from clients and making copies.
    • Handling printing and scanning of documents.
    • Maintaining the lobby area neatly.
    • Making coffee and keeping snacks available for customers.
    • Sending emails when needed.
    • Sending out packages via mail.
    Specific qualifications for the position include:
    • Bilingual/Spanish required
    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
