Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate patient checkin and checkout procedures, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and presentable for clients at all times.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and provide seamless patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining electronic and physical records.
- Stay updated on clinic services, programs, and offerings to provide accurate information to clients and effectively promote our services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a medical or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for sports and a basic understanding of sports injuries and rehabilitation processes is desirable.
