    Front Desk Receptionist Job Description:

    We are looking for friendly, helpful, reliable students who love working with children No experience needed As the front desk receptionist, you will deal directly with the parents. You will be the first and last person that parents and students see at the center.

    Company Overview

    Gideon is an after-school math and reading center that builds confidence through academic mastery. Through our step-by-step curriculum, we strengthen and grow a child's education by going at the student's pace and only progressing into the next topic once the child shows competency. Gideon is a fun, calm learning environment to help children catch up, keep up, and stay ahead You get to help kids and not work early mornings or late nights.Gideon is passionate about building a child's confidence to show them what is possible with some extra practice in math and reading.

    Front Desk Receptionist Job Summary

    You will create a welcoming atmosphere, answer the phone, and manage the appointments and any changes.

    Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities
    • Stay positive, encouraging, and professional with students and parents.
    • Answer the phone.
    • Make appointment changes.
    • Update billing information.
    • Monitor the students in the front room to safe and quiet.
