- $18-$19
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and make outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and support issues.
- Provide Product/Service Information: Educate customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Address customer concerns, complaints, and questions effectively and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Update Customer Information: Accurately update customer accounts and records with relevant information obtained during calls.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
