Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure sales
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the Salesforce database
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Conduct warm calling to existing customers for upselling and crossselling opportunities

Skills:

Strong technical sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales activities
Excellent market knowledge to identify potential customers and understand their needs
Experience in outbound calling and telemarketing techniques to generate leads and close sales
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
Knowledge of inside sales strategies and tactics for effective lead conversion
Familiarity with technology sales, including software products, is highly desirable

Pay:
$4, $6,000.00 per month
