- Preparing, negotiating and managing complex proposals and contracts.
- Providing guidance to Program, Engineering and Operation teams on government and commercial contracting methods for military equipment while protecting our Intellectual Property rights.
- Cross functional collaboration with Program Management, Finance, Operations, Quality and Export teams.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree(s)
- US Citizen with the ability to successfully obtain a Secret clearance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of, and experience with, FAR and DFAR and export regulations.
- Working knowledge/familiarity with OTAs a plus.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property and policies.
- Ability to negotiate and close on efforts requiring Current Cost or Pricing Data and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (formerly TINA) certification.
- Experience with agreements to support business development, program management and engineering development teams (ex. NDAs, bailment agreements, etc.).
- Experience dealing with the US Government and major industry defense & electronics companies, as your customer.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to prepare spreadsheets and presentations.
- For professional growth and development, the ideal candidate can demonstrate the ability to become an independent, take-charge, self-starter able to identify gaps or issues, develop solutions, and implement changes as needed with minimal oversight.

Location: This position is located in Nashua, NH.
As a Principal Contracts Administrator, you will work with internal team members and our customers to shape and close business opportunities in concert with internal objectives for the ACES Product Line.
Daily responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $159280
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
