    We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a team that provides insurance services to the entertainment industry. You will be joining a top insurance brokerage and working with a team of experienced insurance professionals. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence in client service.

    Compensation & Perks:

    • Base Salary: $95,000 - $110,000
    • Benefits: An excellent package including a 401k plan and generous paid time off.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the account service process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
    • Actively market to carriers to secure the most favorable terms for our clients.
    • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals to meet client needs.
    • Assist with client presentations, delivering compelling and clear communication.
    • Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders to ensure continuous coverage.
    • Conduct thorough checks on policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
    • Coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums, ensuring financial efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate and organized account files, upholding our standard for professionalism and reliability.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience managing commercial entertainment accounts.
    • A valid Property & Casualty license is required.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Strong written and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
    • Familiarity with Applied EPIC agency management system is advantageous.
    • Relevant professional designations (e.g., CISR, AAI, CIC, ARM) are highly regarded.
