About Your Role
You will be responsible for driving sales and market share for JCB Compact Equipment. The successful candidate will possess experience in conducting product demonstrations, growing a customer base and educating customers on our product offerings and JCB's value proposition.
About You
A skilled and experienced sales professional - 3 years minimum experience ideally within the West Coast construction equipment and rental market. You must be highly self-motivated and bring a sense of urgency – which is exactly what's needed to drive positive results. At the same time, you'll prioritize customer satisfaction and relationships with our end use customers. For that, you'll need to be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills. Great with people and brilliant with teams
