- Initiates and takes ownership of principles of territory management, including: account planning, selling processes, post-sales implementation processes, deal economics
- Directs field sales and service strategy for Chronic and Acute draining products (including Pleurx Catheter), Soft Tissue Biopsy, Bone Marrow Biopsy, and Diagnostic Trays within a specific geographical territory
- Increases sales and customer satisfaction through a varied sales approach which includes cold-calling, relationship building, and account management Develops and implements short and long term plans to achieve annual sales and gross profit dollar goals by building on existing accounts and identifying and cultivating new opportunities for growth

Territory Manager – Interventional Specialties Division
Territory Manager is responsible for increasing penetration and profitability in existing accounts as well as increasing market share through cold calling, prospecting, building relationships, post sales implementation and account maintenance.
Focused on account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a territory. Involved in the sale of clinically differentiated solutions to include surgical instruments, equipment, products and/or disposables, and/or standalone software. Buying process involves physician preference and one or two decision makers.
