    Sumario:

    La función principal de este puesto es supervisar al personal de limpieza y asegurarse que estos cumplan consistentemente con los estándares de limpieza y puntualidad de la empresa. El Supervisor de Timeshare/Inspector es responsable por asegurarse que el personal de limpieza complete las limpiezas de la forma más efectiva y eficiente posible. El Supervisor de Timeshare /Inspector también debe asegurar que su equipo cumpla con la misión de la empresa y sus valores $17/hora

    Calificaciones:

    EXPERIENCIA Y EDUCACIÓN

    • Diploma de escuela secundaria o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia laboral

    Funciones Esenciales:

    Se pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para permitir que las personas con discapacidades realicen las funciones esenciales.

    • Desarrolla y mantiene un alto nivel de excelencia con su personal.
    • Asigna tareas al personal de limpieza.
    • Es posible que se le solicte preparar habitaciones para los housekeepers durante los períodos de alta ocupación o pico. Puede ser asignado a realizar limpieza de habitaciones utilizando el proceso de 7 pasos de MasterCorp durante períodos de alta ocupación o pico.
    • Ayuda en la formación del personal, tanto de nuevos Asociados como de existentes.
    • Informa sobre problemas de mantenimiento en las habitaciones según el procedimiento de la empresa.
    • Examina las alfombras, cortinas y muebles en busca de manchas, daños o desgaste, e informa según sea necesario.
    • Inspecciona y prepara las habitaciones limpias, las clasifica como vacantes y listas.
    • Inspecciona unidades y completa semanalmente la cantidad requerida de tarjetas de informe.
    • Reemplaza el inventario de cocina y los suministros según sea necesario.
    • Ayuda a mantener los armarios de almacenamiento limpios y organizados.
    • Reporta objetos olvidados por los huéspedes al Housekeeper Ejecutivo..
    • Garantiza un entorno de trabajo seguro en cada área.
    • Dispuesto y capaz de realizar todas las tareas relacionadas con la operación según instrucciones de la gerencia.
    • Asegura de que exista un sentido de urgencia con el personal de limpieza para que las habitaciones estén listas a tiempo.
    • Puntualidad personal. Es rápido con todas las asignaciones y tareas.
    • Utiliza los suministros y herramientas de trabajo de manera productiva y eficaz.
    • Realiza inventario de lino y suministros según las instrucciones.
    • Responsable de la eficiencia y puntualidad de su personal.
    • Ayuda a resolver las quejas de los huéspedes con prontitud.
    • Cultiva y desarrolla relaciones sólidas y positivas con los clientes.
    • Dispuesto y capaz de ayudar a los huéspedes y propietarios de la propiedad.
    • Conoce la propiedad.
    • Otras tareas pueden ser asignadas en base a el servicio contratado con el cliente.
