    Qualifications:
    • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
    • Capability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodations)
    Essential Functions:

    YOUR ROLE
    As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team in crafting exceptional guest experiences.

    • Oversee, train, and recruit Housekeeping team members
    • Maintain linen and supply stock levels
    • Assist Housekeepers in unit preparation for cleaning
    • Conduct inspections, reclassify cleaned units, and prepare for guest arrival
    • Address maintenance concerns as per company protocols
    • Adhere to work schedules, uniform guidelines, and overall company appearance standards
    • Inspire the team by embodying a positive, approachable, and helpful demeanor towards guests and colleagues
    • Build lasting customer relations
    • Follow established safety protocols and procedures
