    Calificaciones:
    • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario flexible, incluyendo fines de semana y días feriados.
    • Habilidad para levantar hasta 25 libras (con o sin acomodo razonable).
    Funciones Esenciales:

    ¿DE QUÉ SE TRATA ESTA POSICIÓN?
    Como Supervisor de Housekeeping, usted manejará el equipo que forma parte esencial en dar forma a la experiencia de los huéspedes.

    • Dirigir, adiestrar y reclutar personal de limpieza.
    • Maneja y reemplaza inventarios de limpieza y ropa de cama.
    • Asistir Housekeepers en la preparación de unidades para limpieza.
    • Inspecciona las habitaciones limpias, las clasifica como vacantes y listas para huéspedes.
    • Reporta problemas de mantenimiento según sean identificados de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido.
    • Presentarse a trabajar puntualmente y según programado, utilizando el uniforme adecuado y siguiendo los estándares de apariencia establecidos por la empresa.
    • Motivar y presentarse como el ejemplo a seguir manteniendo siempre una actitud positiva, amistosa y servicial hacia los huéspedes, clientes y otros miembros del equipo.
    • Desarrolla y cultiva relaciones sólidas y positivas con los clientes.
    • Garantiza un entorno de trabajo seguro y vela por que se cumpla con todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad.
