    Description

    Hello valued client, is currently seeking a Full-time Temporary Benefits Analyst to join our team in New York City. This role will be a mix of office and remote work, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the administration and communication of benefit programs
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners on benefits-related issues
    • Recommend compliance actions for new benefits legislation
    • Lead the implementation of new benefit plans and changes
    • Assist in benefits project management
    • Coordinate benefits audits and invoice reconciliation

    Location: Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-person at our headquarters, 2 days remote.

    Duration: Temporary assignment from April 1st to December 31st.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3-5 years of benefits administration experience
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Proactive and innovative mindset
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
    • Attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Multi-lingual
    • Experience in health education and promotion
    • Certifications in health promotion field (e.g., CEBS)
