    What the Job Involves


    This product manager role focuses on identifying opportunities, creating product visions and roadmaps, and leading the development and launch of innovative products.

    The right candidate will work with cross-functional teams to translate user research and market data into product requirements, ensuring successful product launches.

    Responsibilities

    Understand the needs and problems of the target market and user base by conducting comprehensive research.
    Develop and articulate a clear vision for assigned products, aligning them with Hayden's business goals and strategy.
    Work closely with the engineering and design teams to define product features and requirements. Prioritize these features based on their potential impact on user satisfaction, market demand, and business objectives.

    Act as a bridge between technical teams (engineers, data scientists), design teams, product marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and priorities.

    Guide the development of prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) to test and validate hypotheses with real users.
    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and monitor these metrics closely. Use data-driven analysis to make informed decisions about product improvements, feature enhancements, and market positioning.
    Regularly communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, investors, and internal team members. Provide updates on product development progress, share insights from market research, and gather feedback to iterate on the product.
    Keep an eye on competitors and the broader market to understand emerging trends, technologies, and potential threats. Use this information to inform strategic decisions and keep the product competitive.

    Qualifications

    5+ years product management or related industry experience.
    Bachelor's degree equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
    Experience in building and developing B2G products preferred.
    Experience ideating, developing and bringing to market new products.
    Experience working with Artificial Intelligence preferred.

    Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources with other groups (eg, operations, legal, engineering etc.), and defining requirements, KPIs and milestones.

    Experience delivering technical presentations.
    Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data.
    Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting them into a product solution.
