- Sales Territory Development: Working with our marketing team, identify and research potential clients in the retail tire and wheel, utilizing various resources and networking channels to build a robust pipeline of leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, fostering trust and becoming a reliable partner.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their leasing and fleet management requirements.
- Consultative Approach: Employ a consultative selling approach to understand clients' pain points and objectives, demonstrating how our services can add value and address their business challenges effectively.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our product line.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, preparing and closing deals, and ensuring smooth contract execution.
- Driven to establish relationships through quick response to inbound callas and e-mails.
- Maintain contact with existing customers, facilitating orders, and follow up on order timelines.
- Experience with and understanding of wheel fitments for popular trucks, SUVs and UTVs.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve common business goals.
- Secondary focus is to explain technical product or service information to customers, contact customers to promote products or services, recommend products to customers and answer customer questions and advise them about products or services. The Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for order entry and maintenance of customer account information.
- 4 Year College Degree
- Car enthusiast
- Minimum 2 years in wheel and tire industry
- Comfortable making a minimum of 10-20 outbound phone calls daily.
- Experience and understanding of wheel fitments for popular trucks, SUVs and UTVs.
- High competency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
- High competency using Microsoft Outlook
- Experience using task management software such as Asana, Trello, Basecamp
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Netsuite and Microsoft BC365
- Fast learner with ability to retain key product information.
