    Description

    **Project Manager Customer Relationship Management**

    CRM New York, New York * Support the EVP Revenue Management with customer acquisition and retention projects

    Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

    Provide project updates (tasks, adjustments, progress) on a consistent basis to various stakeholders within the Marketing and Customer Experience departments

    Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage them in an effective and efficient manner

    Evaluate project performance and document results and learnings

    Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

    Prepare, host and follow-up meetings

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

    Minimum 3 years of project management experience

    Relevant knowledge with subscription-based services (SaaS)

    Ability to handle various projects at the same time and across departments

    Flexibility to adjust to changes in a fast-paced start-up environment

    Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices

    Proven ability to execute projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

    Data-driven mindset and strong communication skills
