    Välkommen till Sweden Operations Här är pulsen hög och vägarna många att utvecklas. Vi arbetar hållbart för varandra och planeten i en högteknologisk och positiv LEAN miljö. Coachande ledarskap och nyfikenhet driver oss mot att hitta nya sätt att tillverka läkemedel som förändrar liv.
    Vi inom sektionen System Service Management ansvarar för processer och tjänster inom datoriserade system och förvaltning av över 1800 processtyr- och labbdatasystem inom Sweden Operations och SBC. Vi är närmare 40 personer i sektionen som ansvarar för service, underhåll och utvecklingsarbete med syfte att ge en hög teknisk tillgänglighet på anläggningarna inom produktions- och laboratorieverksamheten. Vi hanterar över 3000 behörighetsansökningar och utför över 1000 förebyggande underhåll årligen för att nämna några exempel.
    Vi söker nu en Business Relationship Manager som är länken mellan sektionen och SweOps/SBCs verksamheter. Du har en strategisk samt operativ roll i att stödja verksamheten att på bästa sätt förvalta och förbättra produktions- och labdatasystem.
    Din roll
    Business Relationship Manager (BRM) arbetar med förbättring av kundnytta och är kundens väg in till System Service Management. Rollen som BRM täcker SweOps, SBC och QC. Ansvaret för kundområdena fördelas inom gruppen. Förutom kundkontakten med bl.a. Technology Directors och systemägare ansvarar en BRM även för riskgranskningar av de datoriserade systemen samt stöd vid inspektioner.

    akademisk utbildning med inriktning mot teknik och/eller IT
    god teknisk förståelse inom produktions- och labsystem
    goda ledaregenskaper och förmågan att självständigt leda och utveckla ditt ansvarsområde
    förmåga att säkerställa att verksamheten drivs i enlighet med AstraZenecas överenskomna policys, processer och standardiserade arbetssätt
    hög servicekänsla och ett lösningsfokuserad arbetsätt
    Meriterande
    tidigare erfarenhet av GMP, underhåll och IT-system

    För att lyckas i rollen krävs att du ser nya möjligheter och att du skapar engagemang genom ditt sätt att kommunicera. Det är även viktigt att du vågar utmana, ompröva och förbättra befintliga processer och uppmuntrar andra att göra detsamma. Du har stor drivkraft och stark initiativförmåga då detta krävs för att du ska koordinera och leda ditt arbete. Som person är du strukturerad, målmedveten och nyfiken på att lära dig nya saker.
