Product Marketing at Kikoff means you will be directly responsible for the adoption and customer experience of our products.Youll be rolling up your sleeves and talking to customers, analyzing data, and whiteboarding to come up with the best strategies.
This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role, youll partner closely with many teams: product, design, engineering, customer support and more What you can expect in this role:Turn customer insights into product marketing strategy: speaking to customers is very important to us we expect you to roll up your sleeves and get direct feedback from customers: analyzing customer data, partnering with our Customer Support team, conducting surveys, customer interviews, and more.
Create and execute on go-to-market plans: youll own a roadmap for product adoption and initiatives to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Launching new products & features:
as part of a high growth startup, youll have the opportunity to drive the launch & adoption of multiple new products and features
Own end-to-end marketing campaigns:
youll work with a team to execute on marketing campaigns, from campaign strategy, to design and creative, and then sharing the results and metrics.
What will help make you successful:10+ years of experience in product marketing. B2C and people management experience is required, preferably in a fintech or subscription business.Proven leader able to guide, influence and motivate teams and organizations with a track record of driving towards measurable goals and outcomes.
You are a self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to be the voice of the customer as we build our products and collaborate with product management on GTM and serving customer needs.
Our products and company will be successful if we make sure were helping our customers first and foremost.Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into crisp GTM fundamentals, including segmentation, buyer personas, messaging, competitive positioning, pricing recommendations, and more.
Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.From Day 1, youll need to align stakeholders across multiple teams and your own team many of which may have competing priorities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Tell a coherent and clear product story to customers, iterate through testing and interviews to find what lands best, and constantly improve messaging and positioning.
You sweat and pay attention to the details - small and big, alike.A creative spark.
