    Role/Responsibilities:


    As a Product Marketing Manager at City Innovate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our products in the market.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for our innovative solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Research:

    Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that will inform product development and go-to-market strategies.


    Messaging and Positioning:

    Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our solutions in the market and resonates with our target audience.


    Collaboration with Product Teams:

    Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure that product features and capabilities align with market demand and customer requirements.


    Sales Enablement:

    Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, materials, and training to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers.


    Pricing Strategy:

    Assist in pricing strategy development, ensuring that our products are competitively priced and offer the right value to customers.


    Content Creation:
    Create marketing collateral, including product documentation, case studies, blog posts, and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.

    Product Launch:
    Lead and execute successful product launches, including coordinating with various teams to deliver on-time and within budget.

    Analytics and Performance Tracking:

    Measure the success of product marketing efforts through key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.

    To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    3-5 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of launching and promoting successful products.
    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform marketing strategies.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
    Knowledge of market research techniques, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
    Familiarity with product pricing strategies and the ability to create and manage pricing models.
    Proficiency in collaboration, teamwork, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    Experience with technology and software products / SaaS is preferred, especially in the public sector or smart city domain.
