- Managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding debts.
- Analyzing customer financial situations and proposing suitable solutions for debt repayment.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or disputes related to accounts.
- Providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and collection efforts.
- Proven experience as a B2C Collections Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of debt collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2C Collections Specialist to join our client's team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from our B2C (Business-to-Consumer) customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
