This is an in office position

Job Summary:

The Recovery Specialist is responsible for initiating the appropriate action to recover outstanding claim balances by contacting consumers utilizing our state-of-the-art contact solution.

work closely with Insurance Claim Specialists in completing claims billing and follow-up activities.

Job Duties The duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and

consistently
Negotiates account settlements within established guidelines

• Answer telephone calls regarding account inquiries and payment of claims Skills
• Strong listening skills must be able to listen and take directions
• Strong negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work well in a team setting

Salary:
$ $19.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Negotiating Payments: 1 year (preferred)
Debt Collection: 2 years (required)
