Requirements:
- Proven experience in collections or sales role, preferably in a financial or lending institution
- Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve outstanding balances
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to identify appropriate collection strategies
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in finance or related field is preferred)
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
