    Job Description

    • Checking customers open balance and adjusting credit terms.
    • Contact accounts that are past due and assist with getting payments.
    • Process credit card payments.
    • Research payment disputes.
    • Generate and send statements and invoices to customers.
    • Communicate with the account services, and sales team regarding delinquent accounts.
    • Facilitate communication between departments as necessary.
    • Continuously improve processes, service, and communication
    • Make decisions and solve problems using sound, inclusive reasoning, and judgment.
    • Handle all ROC nonpayment fillings and outside collection accounts.

    Qualifications

    • You have at least two years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections.
    • Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate many situations with tact and clarity.
    • You manage time effectively and pay exceptional attention to detail.
    • You work with a high sense of urgency and perform well under pressure.
    • You have at least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • You build positive professional relationships with customers.
    • You are willing to tackle multiple daily tasks with energy and a positive attitude.
