As an Account Executive (Digital) you will establish relationships with clients and our Digital team, acting as the key point of contact for client inquiries and ensuring outstanding customer service. The Account Executive will focus on completing outbound phone calls to current customers, improving customer experiences, and positively interacting with all corresponding departments to resolve customer concerns.
