    The Technical PreSales team at Ironclad collaborates closely with customers, prospective customers, and Ironclad's Sales, Implementation, and Product teams, forming a critical technical overlay to the solution evaluation process.

    We are looking for a technical expert who can "own" the solutioning part of an evaluation cycle and deliver outstanding demonstrations to customers and prospects.

    Whether you are at the beginner or advanced level, we hire based on skills/experience and are open to hiring at all levels for the right candidate.

    Technically proficient:

    You have an understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management software, Customer Relationship Management software, Vendor Relationship Management software, Integration software and APIs.

    You can configure software to facilitate business processes. You can write JSON, XML and use public APIs to build connected demos or use middleware.


    Creative problem solver:
    You listen well and understand customers' needs.

    You think outside the box to solve their challenges and deliver a solution that will drive value for the customer.


    Team player:
    You can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. You are energized by collaborating with diverse teams.


    Independent:
    You can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.

    You have a bias toward action and gravitate towards environments where you have an outsized influence on the success of outcomes for customers and colleagues.

    You are exceptionally good at making trade-offs based on incomplete data.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct workshops with existing customers, understand their needs and develop solutions on the Ironclad platform that deliver value.
    Present tailored demonstrations to meet customers' needs.
    Advise customers on how to improve their existing Ironclad deployments to drive adoption in accordance with CLM best practices.
    Lead guided trials (pilots) to help different stakeholders understand the value of Ironclad before buying more licenses.
    Bring actionable insights back to Ironclad's Product Team to help us evolve our platform.
    Help Ironclad scale through external and internal education and enablement efforts.
