    Our client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer

    Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

    Location: Bronx, NY (Near Yankee Stadium)

    Salary :$95,000 per year + Bonus

    Job Type: Direct Hire

    Responsibilities:

    Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote sessions, addressing their queries and issues in a timely manner.

    Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our software products, including but not limited to SQL database queries, software configuration, and networking.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and QA to escalate and resolve issues effectively.

    Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our support ticketing system.

    Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence.

    Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.

    Experience working in a product support environment doing level 1-3 support.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Strong proficiency in complex SQL querying.

    Experience with patching and enhancing products in a SQL environment.

    Solid understanding of software support methodologies and best practices.

    Experience in telecom or VOIP networking is a plus, but not required.

    Ideal candidate will have experience running scripts on PowerShell

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

    Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
