    We are a local Managed/Cloud Service provider with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

    We are looking for an IT Support Engineer – (MSP/Windows) to join our work hard play hard firm.

    The open IT Support Engineer – (MSP/Windows) is a great opportunity for a mid level technician to showcase their experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.

    The IT Support Engineer – (MSP/Windows) is best suited for someone with 2+ years of experience in a Managed IT services environment, looking to gain hands on exposure to light projects and back end technologies including virtualization/cloud/network.


    IT Support Engineer – (MSP/Windows) Responsibilities and Requirements:
    Assist in the configuration and maintenance of client firewalls, switches, and routers (Cisco/Meraki)
    2+ years experience with managing Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD and Group Policy
    Experience administering/troubleshooting Office 365
    Experience with VMware or Hyper-V server builds is also preferred
    Provide remote support, troubleshooting efforts, and remediation in a timely fashion
    Assist with New client onboarding site
    Windows Server Active Directory/GPO deployment and troubleshooting
    Windows File Share/DFS deployment and troubleshooting
    Assist in software and equipment patching and maintenance for clients
    Assist Network Engineering teams in specific project tasks as directed
    2+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
    Salary $70k – $85k
    Hybrid WFH (2-3 days)
    Opportunity of growth within the company
    15 days PTO (Increases with tenure)
