    As the Everything After Sales Development Representative at Precoa's Utah office, you will be one of our first employees for our recently launched subsidiary, Everything After. Between pioneering a brand new sales funnel and testing out creative ways to sell our various products, you'll wear many hats while playing a key role in helping our company grow.

    Main responsibilities for this role:

    • Make outbound calls to set quality appointments for industry professionals to share the importance of preplanning
    • Overcome objections and build value in appointments with warmth and empathy
    • Efficiently manage warm leads presented through a CRM system
    • Partake in various ongoing job training, along with department meetings, and All-Hands meetings

    Competencies and skills needed:

    • Demonstrate common sense, compassion, and empathy, on the phone and with colleagues
    • A strong desire to help and serve others
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Be comfortable having sensitive conversations with individuals who have recently lost a loved one
    • Strong sales acumen
    • Build strong relationships with customers and team members
    • Ability to make phone calls for extended periods of time
    • Knowledge of basic PC operations and software
    • Ability to type notes into a CRM effectively
    • Ability to work any designated day shift (Monday-Thursday) and half-day Fridays

    Education and/or Experience:

    • 1-3 + years of sales experience
    • High School diploma/GED or higher
