PayScale: $65K salary + $45K MBO Plan
HCM Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) are responsible for managing accounts and quotas, handling the entire sales process, and closing deals remotely from the HCM Inside Sales Hub. Through phone, email, or virtual channels, they interact with customers to successfully finalize deals and achieve sales goals. This role focuses on selling HCM products across different sales organizations. There are various career advancement opportunities available, such as Inside Sales Manager, Field Sales Rep, and PEO inside sales roles.
Qualifications
· H.S. Diploma - Required
· Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
· 1 year of experience in Inside sales
· 2 years of experience in sales/selling
Eligibility
· 1 year of experience in Inside sales
· 2 years of experience in sales/selling
· Maximum of 4 years of total work experience
Responsibilities
· Accountable for the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals to meet quotas
· Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify new clients and referral sources through various channels
· Present Company's products and services to decision makers and end users
· Analyze customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and resolve issues efficiently
· Schedule appointments, visit potential clients, secure referrals, and manage paperwork and reports
· Utilize technology tools for tracking activities and forecasts, gather data for underwriting and closing sales
· Keep up-to-date with technical, competitive, and sales knowledge, and represent the HCM sales organization effectively
· Maintain a positive image when dealing with clients and the community
