    Description

    Our client, is a leading contract manufacturer, providing high-quality engineering, fabrication and design services for the medical device sector.

    Through continued growth in the MedTech space, our client are building their account management team with the hire of a Key Account Manager to lead their medical client base.

    The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning and ensuring assigned customer's needs and expectations are met by the company.

    The Opportunity:

    • Maintain productive, professional relationships with personnel in key customer accounts.
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders, including support, manufacturing, and management resource, in order to meet account and customer objectives.
    • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to execute on key account needs.
    • Develop current and conduct new business opportunities in line with company strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience selling contract/manufacturing services into the medical device space.
    • Demonstrated ability working in the medical device market.
    • Familiarity with complex machining/precision production would be beneficial.
    • Experience in internal sales and account management.
