    My client is a well-established and fast-growing custom manufacturer in the east metro.

    They serve key OEM markets throughout the Midwest, and are on the leading edge of robotic use and product offerings in their market.

    They are looking to add an Account Manager to their sales team, responsible for managing and growing business with key accounts.

    The ideal candidate has previously managed accounts in the industrial space – OEM experience is highly desirable.
    The company offers competitive compensation through base salary and quarterly bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package. They have a tight-knit company culture that is heavily involved in their community
    Responsibilities

    Order entry and management
    Secure customer sales and work cross-departmentally to meet needs
    Gather data and generate account reports to aid in sales strategy
    Desired Skills and Experience

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
    2-5+ years of inside sales or account management experience
    Experience in a manufacturing setting desirable
    Detail-oriented
    Collaborative, timely, solution-minded, and customer-focused
