    Description
    We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of leadership and managing a team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
    • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
    • Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting
    • Assist with audits and provide necessary financial information to auditors
    • Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • CPA certification preferred 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
    • Previous experience in a supervisory role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
