    Seeking to employ full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking legal assistant.

    Qualified candidate must have minimum of 2-3 years of legal assistance experience (Paralegal certificate a plus), preferably in the area of Immigration Law.

    Seeking a detail-oriented person with the following attributes: Person who follows direction well and pays attention to detail. Excellent Communication Skills, i.e., oral and written; grammar and spelling. Excellent phone etiquette is required. Ability to Write, Read and Converse in Spanish (a plus).

    Experience in preparing legal documents for the Executive Office of Immigration Review, Board of Immigration Appeals and Federal Court Filings, application preparation with the Citizenship and Immigration Services.

    Ideal candidate should have knowledge of essential form filings with EOIR as well as knowledge on e-filing. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments. Ability to work well with others, take direction and work in a fast paced environment.
    Keep attorneys calendars, filing deadlines, and appointment calendars. Prepare documents, motions, and court filings. Excellent computer skills.
