    Job Description

    Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and closings
    - Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
    - Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and affidavits
    - Organize and maintain legal files and documents
    - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for attorneys
    - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
    - Assist with document production and discovery processes
    - Prepare trial exhibits and assist with courtroom logistics

    Responsible for assistance in drafting pleadings, discovery, correspondence, document summaries as well as filing and serving electronic documents

    Requirements

    Previous experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    - Proficient in legal case management software and research tools (e.g., Westlaw)
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Ability to conduct legal research and analyze case law
    - Familiarity with litigation procedures and court rules
    - Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
    - Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

    Must have strong writing and organizational skills. Knowledge of Dropbox, MS Office, Adobe, Federal Court, and Nevada state court procedures is required.

    Salary commensurate with experience.
