    Primary Responsibilities

    In the role of Senior Project Manager Engineering, we'll count on you to:

    Direct and coordinate work of multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out)
    Responsible for all aspects of large complex planning and engineering projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff
    Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
    Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with contractual, planning, and engineering meetings
    Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders
    Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule
    Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule
    Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
    Implement QA/QC procedures
    Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers
    Perform other duties as needed

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geology
    10 years related experience
    A minimum 5 years project management experience
    California Professional Engineer (PE) license or Professional Geologist (PG) license
    MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
    Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
    Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    May require the ability to travel
    Located in Pacific Standard Time zone preferred, but not required
    An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

    Preferred Qualifications

    Master's degree
    PMP certification

    The expected compensation range for this position is $127, $215,410.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
