Summary

Responsibilities

Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

Team Leadership:
Guide and motivate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, providing clear direction, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Risk Management:
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

Communication and Reporting: Provide regular and accurate project status updates to stakeholders, clients, and senior management.

Problem Solving:
Address issues and roadblocks effectively, making adjustments to project plans as needed.

Project Evaluation:
Conduct post-project reviews to analyze performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.


Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Project Manager in a Mortgage/Real Estate/Banking environment, demonstrating a track record of success in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills:

Expertise in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
-
Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation:
Salary + Bonus from $50,000-$100,000/year
