    Description

    We're seeking a dynamic Reservations Coordinator This remote position is based in Orlando, FL, and requires a proactive individual committed to ensuring the seamless processing of reservations, financial transactions, and resolving customer issues. Your role will involve maintaining the brand reputation by addressing customer concerns directly. This is a fully remote opening and begins on a contract bases with potential for extension or conversion. You must be local to the Orlando area as training is onsite.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage reservation processing activities, including inputting new vendor reservations and monitoring email inboxes for new bookings.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving escalated issues by liaising with customers, resorts, and vendors.
    • Handle payment-related tasks, including processing cancellations and resolving payment issues.
    • Perform administrative duties as required.
    • Decision-making authority within set guidelines, with autonomy in resolving service issues and approving compensation.
    • Overall direction provided by supervisor, with occasional autonomy in unique situations.
    • Minimal impact on the organization, with responsibility for approving compensation and relocation within specified limits.
    • Ensuring timely processing of reservations to maximize revenue and minimize over-bookings.
    • Maintaining customer satisfaction and brand reputation through effective resolution of issues.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High School Diploma
    • One year of customer service experience within a call center
      • Ideally within the travel or tourism industry
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

    Additional Notes:

    • This is a contract role
    • Remote but requires onsite training
    • Must be local to the Orlando area
    • Payrate is $16 an hour
    • Requires candidates flexible to 1st, 2nd. and 3rd shifts as well as weekends
