    About Evermore Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons.

    The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings.

    Evermore is building a team that will bring these experiences to life and is seeking individuals who want the challenge of building this exciting resort experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinate site visits, greet visitors, answer phone calls, intake, data entry, reports , maintain files, and prepare correspondence with clients.

    Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
    Coordinate with prospective clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
    Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.
    Follow up with clients to answer queries, provide additional information, and finalize bookings.

    Interact with leisure travel and wholesale customers in person, via email, and over the phone to qualify and assist existing and future guests.

    Assist with sales duties as needed including but not limited to initial billing inquiries, commission payments, no-show status, making reservations, and scheduling appointments.

    Assist with RFP responses, proposals, contracts, and file management.
    Manage the Evermore wholesale email address and assist in making reservations for wholesale customers.
    Assist travel agents and consortia customers with booking reservations at Evermore.
    Work with the reservations department to ensure proper communication on stop sales, blackout dates, and all other pertinent information.
    Maintain inventory of printed and electronic collateral.
    Participate in Sales Department meetings.
    Provide additional administrative assistance as directed.
    Any other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.


    Education, Skills, and Experience:
    Minimum of one + years as a sales coordinator or administrative assistantFDC experience preferred.
    Resort experience highly preferred.
    Understanding of reservations, wholesale, and leisure sales desiredOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Google productsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    Physical Requirements:
    Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.

    Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodicallyVisually look at a computer for extended periodsAble to sit and use the computer for hours at a time.
