- Prepare regular reports for senior management to provide updates on operations and strategic projects.
- 5+ years of experience in operations or strategy roles within technology-focused companies, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful monetization strategies.
- Strong understanding of and passion for Web3 technologies, blockchain, and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and PMP certification is a bonus

Role Overview
As the Director of Operations & Strategy at Unblocked, you will play a pivotal role in steering our Web3 initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and operational excellence. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader passionate about blockchain technology, with proven expertise in monetization strategies and product oversight. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive strategic initiatives, enhance our monetization efforts, and ensure all departments cohesively work towards our company's objectives. The ideal candidate will act as the glue within our organization, and is goal oriented while maintaining a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
